Mandate
Bhavna is hiring a senior marketing professional (6–9 years) to own brand building, employer branding, and market positioning with full accountability for both strategy and execution. The mandate of this role is to strengthen Bhavna’s brand presence and systematically reposition the company from a cost‑effective delivery organisation to a premium, strategic partner and talent‑driven brand. The role requires a hands‑on marketer who can build clear, consistent brand narratives, drive employer branding initiatives, and ensure alignment across all external and internal brand touchpoints. This position will work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams and will be measured on long‑term brand value creation and talent attraction outcomes.
